We're building a creative community where balloon artists can showcase their talent, share their work, and compete for recognition.OFFICIAL COMPETITION RULES1. Who Can EnterBalloon Art Battle welcomes balloon artists of all skill levels. Participation is free, and no purchase is necessary.Participants must be at least 18 years old. Artists from around the world are welcome, subject to applicable laws.2. Original ArtworkAll submissions must feature balloon creations made by the submitting artist. Artists must own or have permission to use their submitted photographs.Each entry must include an artwork title, a brief description, and a clear photograph of the creation.3. Competition Schedule2026 Inaugural Balloon Art BattleArtist submissions close November 30, 2026.Public voting takes place December 1–7, 2026.The winner will be announced December 8, 2026.The next competition begins December 9, 2026.All deadlines are at 11:59 PM Mountain Time unless otherwise announced.4. Submission ReviewBalloon Art Battle reviews submissions before publication. Entries may be declined if they contain inappropriate material, infringe on intellectual property rights, or do not meet competition guidelines.Approved entries will be displayed in the competition gallery with the artist's credited name or business name, artwork title, and entry number.5. Public VotingVisitors may vote for their favorite creation during the official voting period.Voting is free and operates on an honor system. Each person is asked to cast no more than one vote per day.Automated, manipulated, or fraudulent voting is prohibited. Balloon Art Battle reserves the right to disregard suspicious votes when reasonably justified.6. Winner SelectionThe creation receiving the highest number of valid public votes during the official voting period will be declared the winner.In the event of a tie, the tied entries will share the winning title unless a tie-breaking procedure is announced before voting begins.7. Recognition & PrizesWinning artists will receive recognition on Balloon Art Battle.Additional prizes, including potential sponsor-provided gift certificates or products, may be announced for individual competitions. No specific prize is guaranteed unless officially announced.8. Artwork OwnershipArtists retain ownership of their original artwork.By submitting an entry, artists grant Balloon Art Battle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and reproduce their submitted photographs, artwork titles, descriptions, and credited artist or business names on its website, social media, competition galleries, and competition-related promotional materials.9. Fair ParticipationBalloon Art Battle is intended to celebrate creativity and encourage positive community participation.Harassment, impersonation, fraudulent submissions, and attempts to manipulate competition results are not permitted.10. Competition AdministrationBalloon Art Battle may make reasonable administrative changes, correct errors, or cancel a competition when necessary because of technical problems, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control.
